Personal Translator
This is here, incase you want to print from a web page.
Note1: This is a do it yourself translator function.
Note2: You will only be able to use this function, if you have a tool bar in your web browser that will translate the text content of web pages to a different language.
The Translation Functions are to:
a. Translate all available hints. Hints are text that are shown when the
mouse is moved over a visual control or component. Close search programs
first.
b. Translate all information, confirmation and error messages.
c. Translate any text that can be pasted into the multi-line text field of
the help dialog. To do that, copy and paste text from any source into
the multi-line edit field.
d. Remove the translations. To do that use the menu on the right mouse key
when it is in the multi-line edit field.
To Translate All Hints :-
1. Click the [ Trans. Hints. ] button. The available hints will be placed
in a web page.
2. Click the [ Translate ] button or Menu item >> that is found in the
tool bar section of the web browser.
3. After the web browser has completed the translation, click the
Select All menu item in the web browser.
3. In the web browser, Click the Copy menu item.
4. Use the Paste menu item on the right mouse key of the Personal
Translator window to paste the text into the mult-line edit field.
5. In the Personal Translator window, use the [ Update Trans. ] button or
6th. menu item Update translation on the right mouse key of the, multi-
line edit field to update this web shop with the translations of the
hints.
To Translate All Messages :-
1. Click the [Trans. Msg.] button. The available messages will be placed in
a web page.
2. Click the [ Translate ] button or Menu item >> that is found in the
tool bar section of the web browser.
3. After the web browser has completed the translation, click the
Select All menu item in the web browser.
3. In the web browser window, Click the Copy menu item.
4. Use the Paste menu item on the right mouse key of the Personal
Translator window to paste the text into the mult-line edit field.
5. Use the [ Update Trans. ] button or 6th. menu item Update translation on
the right mouse key of the, multi-line edit field to update the web shop
with the translations of the messages.
To Translate Help Text:
When the Personal Translator window is used to translate help text:
A. The original text will be in the Help window.
B. The converted text will be in the web browser.
C. This translator window will have been opened by a function
in the Help window. The completed result is also passed back to the Help
window.
1. Click the Select All menu item in the web browser window, in order to
select the tranlated text that it contains.
2. Click the Copy menu item in the web browser window.
3. Use the Paste menu item on the right mouse key of the Personal
Translator window to paste the text into the mult-line edit field.
4. Use the [ Update Trans. ] button or 6th. menu item Update Translation
menu item on the right mouse key of the Personal Translator window to
update the conversion list for the text in the Help window.
To Translate Any Text:
When the Personal Translator window is used to translate any text:
A. The original text is pasted into the Help window.
B. The converted text will be in the web browser.
C. This translator window will have been opened by a function
in the Help window.

Translator window to paste the text into the mult-line edit field.
4. Use the [ Update Trans. ] button or 6th. menu item Update Translation
menu item on the right mouse key of the Personal Translator window to
update the conversion list for the text in the Help window.
5. To use the translated text, double click on a word in the Help window
and read the translation of the selected word in the text field of the
same window.
